Who we are
Unmute is a social media management business based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India, managed by Joshua Chandrasekaran. If you have a question about your information, email joshua@unmutesocial.in.
What we collect
When you request a free video audit, we collect the answers you give: your biggest challenge, where your business is based, the platforms and plan you're interested in, your name, your business name, your WhatsApp number or email address, and a link to your page if you add one.
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, prepare your video audit, and follow up about working together. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it's kept
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website. We also keep enquiries in our email and WhatsApp. These services may store information outside India, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, we keep what we need to deliver our services and to meet legal and tax requirements.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like most websites, our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email joshua@unmutesocial.in.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
